the laggy playback and the torch are bugs that previous rom had.With the flashligh i domt see the bug for a few days but with youtube i had the problem everyday but now i had a tablet and i dont use the phone But i didnt have problems woth the camera

you should try to delete cache, it can fix a lot of small bugs

probably build date is easy to upgrade a rom but hard to downgrade

Some recoverys give you error if you are downgrading to a rom who was made before I don't know of that is your problem but if is true I think you have to change the boot.img and replace it with a modern version

What version are you using?Did you try pico gapps?Did you try deleting some apps like the aosp keyboard and installing other from apkmirror.com

With bugers cm12 you can use double tap to wake ;)

intall a keyboad from the play store like the google keyboard and delete the aosp keyboard apk system/app i installed open pico gapps
