You can check the way of connection (if it is VoLTE or VoWiFi) in the dialer application on call log (you will see it next to the date/time/duration of particular call). On Mi Ultra VoLTE is working fine but VoWiFi doesn't work at all. Sent from my Mi Ultra via Tapatalk

You have to go into TWRP and format data partition (in wipe menu) then confirm writing "yes" and then reboot into system and wait few minutes (sometimes it takes 10 minutes or even more). Be patient. Sent from my Mi Ultra via Tapatalk
