You have a faulty piece of phone.

Just Install ZIP file of new version in Orangefox.

Fastboot ROM versions are no longer supported (the only reason for their existence was that at first there was no TWRP). The standard is recovery ROM. Install TWRP / Orangefox and recovery ROM version . See 1st post here...

If you can acess to Orangefox recovery, install latest ROM manually from recovery as Dirty Flash. Then phone should work normally.
