Do you have cycles of MiuiHome unloading from memory and then reloading? If not then it's not a memory leak problem and it's very normal. More RAM used->more apps prepared to launch->more speed in loading apps. "Free RAM is wasted RAM" (CosmicDan).

I couldn't find it with the default kernel, but it's there with Syiah's. So if using SyiahKernel for S3 Control Panel Suite works without FC.
