You are missing the point. What I am trying to dat is that the second post with e.g. the bug list could be more effective.

An idea might be to not only publish the bugs that already have been solved in the next ROM, but to make an overview of the problems that still are being worked on. Then you know wether your problem is a new one or already known.

There must be some difference. The ROM that I manually downloaded gave me "Network-->emergency messages". The ROM that the updater App uses does not.

Just downloaded this ROM. It installed perfectly. First of all: Many thanks for adding the option for Emergency Messages or Cell Broadcasting. Second: the gallery-app closes so fast that I even cannot make a screenshot. I am sure that it will be solved. But I am very glad with "Cell Broadcasting."

I was already on EU 9.6 and did so, worked perfectly for me on my Redmi Note4x. No problem upgrading.

I have had the same problem. After turning off automatic updates in Playstore battery life has increased significantly. For my Mi A1 with a factor 5, for my Redmi Note4x it doubled or tripled at least.
