FYI my problem is solved now ! Thanks to @*spam*paid*service* (contact on telegram) my phone is now back to life, I just have to wait for a week to flash a global ROM on it ! I paid 25€, so not a big deal !

If you want to re-lock the bootloader, make sure you are using an official MIUI version (not global ROM or EU ROM). Locking the bootloader with a global or eu ROM will brick your phone and you won't be able to boot it anymore. Trust me, that is my current issue... Check this thread for more...
