I have used the aries_core_unified_single package from here to merge my partition again (im sure that it was already). After this the installation of M1chas CM12 + the opengapps package runs without any problem. For now the Rom runs fine. Gut gemacht M1cha! :)

Mhh for me its not possible to install gapps. Aborth while installing zip in twrp on merged partitions. I´ve tryed severeal packages ... Has anyone also recognized this error?

No this would not replace the recovery but i bet your partitions are way to small to install this rom if you use TDB.

For me its Not possibile to install smiui with merged partitions. I always get a "failed to Mount data partition"error. Other Roms like mokee 51 or ivans aosp lp working

Strange - for me it runs finde. Which version do you use? First oder second? Did you merge your partitions?
