    I'm unable to add(choose) the ringtone in the "Settings" - "Sound" - "Ringtone" - tap on "plus" sign - via explorer. Explorer does not see any media files in the folders. Who else can confirm that?

    I don't think it's possible without PC. And i think you don't have to lock your bootloader, since it passes SN test well with this rom update.
