    TWRP is not included, and it's not needed to flash a xiaomi.eu ROM in fastboot mode. Yes, it is OK to just use fastboot with data wipe for first install of xiaomi.eu ROM.

    As far as I know, Xiaomi.eu ROM is not compatible with official Global ROM, so yes, you would need a factory reset that wipes the data to install it. So, backup whatever you need first, and expect to spend a few hours restoring all the apps, settings, copying the contacts, photos, videos, etc...

    During testing, noticed that phone network device (WiFi) ID is reported differently on Global and xiaomi.eu ROMs. In my case, on Global it says "Xiaomi-13", while on xiaomi.eu ROM says "UNKNOWN". Any ideas why?

    For naming of weekly ROMs, would it make sense to add a full digit year (ex. 2023.7.3) to avoid confusion with stable ROMs? For example, by numerical sorting, Xiaomi 13 Fuxi stable ROM would be "newer" than weekly, which is not the case as stable was released in June 2023, but weekly is July...
