Resolved Toast cipboard notifications are quite annoying is it possible to disable them?
As I know, Xiaomi has option to disable it but it disappear on Xiaomi EU Rom -

Do not flash anything, just manual type command: "fastboot boot twrp.img" then your phone will reboot into twrp -
