Still after 4 rom versions - search of contacts from the dialer/contact no works when the miui on RTL language (Hebrew). Little strange!

As for now, I replaced the xiaomi Dialer for Google Dialer.

Mi 10 pro Dual apps - not working well Search in Contacts (sync with exchange) not visible. Edited - same with Google accounts and it happens only when the phone is on Hebrew. English it works fine.

So - I am working with Exchange sync - probably this is the different. I deleted the acount and re- syncing - same!!

Because the file name is twrp.img and you didn't load it correctly so you can't boot into it.

How could it be? It's been reported here that twrp can only be uploaded by Pastboot.
