    Best miui10 rom

Nxkealen, any Xiaomi phone is fine, but make sure you buy the global version. Global version is updated by ota, and maintained by Xiaomi themselves. Redmi note 5 or 6, Mi A2, Mi8 lite should all be available under 200 euros.

    Best miui10 rom

OK, thanks for answering. I am now back on the latest weekly rom, 9.1.3. Seems to be the last release for our phone, no more updates are being expected. It works fine, gets me through the day usually, leaving around 30% of battery. When using intensively, it gives about 4 hours of screen on max...

    Best miui10 rom

@Nxkealen How your new ROM doing? it is version 8.12.13, I suppose? And it is MIUI8? Today I made the mistake to download the latest stable EU ROM. Enormous lag on the lockscreen, and nothing fixed. They just seem to ignore our comments in the Bug post. Even did a factory reset, to see if it...

New Lockscreen issues Miui 10.1.3 - Omega

The stable rom version 10.1.3.0 on my redmi pro is almost perfect. Very fluent, quick, good looking... Battery life remains the same as with previous version though, 3-4 hours of screen, not much for a 4000ma battery. Bugs found on lockscreen: - notifications don't show on the notification...

    Official Stable MIUI 10 Launched

Installed today, so far working fine. I came from stable MIUI 9. Seems more fluent now, still have to judge battery life etc.

    Miui 9.5.2.0.mhqcnfa

Hi there, No magisk on my phone. The issue suddenly disappeared though, and now it works fine again. I did a clean install as described in this thread, and wiped everything of the phone. Installed the apps one by one, and configured them again. After, it seems to reboot fine, but after...

It is news for me that we have MIUI10 for Redmi Pro. @Nxkealen, can you please confirm that you don't have battery drain or other important problems?

    Miui 9.5.2.0.mhqcnfa

Thanks for the tip! But it means I will lose all data again, doesn't it? In any case, it will help me to sell the device once I buy a new one, I am too dissatisfied with this phone.

    MULTI 8.4.26/8.5.x (Final)

Again bootloop on Redmi Pro, after various weeks working fine (incl. shutting down/rebooting phone). Mysterious behavior. Workaround: rebvoot to recovery, wipe dalvik, and reboot again (takes aprox 15 min). Now not shutting phone down, as it will get bootlooped again. Any suggestion? I...

 this morning bootloop againo_O No changes done to the phone. I have no clue why... Need to wipe dalvik, reboot again, wait for 15 min, and it works again. Now everytime the phone shuts down, I will have to wipe dalvik, and reboot 15 min. My next phone will be a Nubia, but if it were...

    Miui 9.5.2.0.mhqcnfa

I'm on stable version 9.5.3.0 MHQCNFA now, and get decent battery performance. 4 to 5 hours of screen, and battery saver set to off. It took me lots of time, trial and error to get it installed on my phone, but in the end I made it. I had to format the Data Drive, and install it from scratch...

    Miui 9.5.2.0.mhqcnfa

I did a backup before formatting, copied it to the PC, formatted data, transferred Rom and backup to internal memory (creating map TWRP/Backups), installed Rom and restored backup.

No clear answer yet on bootloop issue many of us have after updating. Is this being investigated?

    Miui 9.5.2.0.mhqcnfa

As you said, it works! I have been able to format and afterwards transfer the latest EU rom to the internal memory thanks to your tip. However, after restoring data, bootloop remained. Then I did a fresh install, without restoring data, and it seemed to work fine. Until this morning, again...

    Bootloop

Update: Last night I tried all steps as indicated by @graw2 , including formatting the internal drive. Then installed the latest stable version of xiaomi.eu. transferred backup data to phone again, restored, and started up. All fine, until next reboot. Again stuck on MI logo. So I decided to...

:( That is bad luck my friend. Maybe it works if you don't restore data. Anyway my next phone if it is a xiaomi, it will be a global version. This way no more hassle with manual updates etc
