I had to disable WPA3 (WPA2+WPA3 to WPA2 only) encryption in my router.. after that 2,4GHZ is working again, Mi11 connects and get Internet... but this problem just came with 21.4.14, with previous releases it worked with wpa3

yes try as admin when you tried miflash with cn rom did you check the format data option ? but I think you are in edl mode now, and you need an edl flash

it looks like you didint execute the cmd as admin. so now you are in bootloop ? Mi 11 tries to start with Mi Logo but after a wile it went back to fastboot ?

no the bootloader is locked. the google play services are installed. you just need to install the playstore apk (from apkmirror)

at the moment I dont know, there are a few chinese apps (chinese app store thats a bit boring) but there are a few good xiaomi-china debloater adb scripts.. which do remove those stuff execpt it is english/chinese rom only, but that's no problem for you, if you are irish.
