I think you did something wrong with the install of the security app via adb, thats the reason, why the phone does not boot anymore. you should try to downgrade the security app again (via adb) if that will not help, do a factory reset "Power off + vol up" in there menu restore the phone.

today I could unlock my Mi11 Ultra.. did a clean install with 22.5.18 and the same problem like with my Mi11 Venus... Cloud Backup is still not possible. "no server connection"... and in the Mi11 Ultra the "location" toggle is missing edit: toggle showed up after 30mins....
