what does your device manager show, if your Mi11 is connected in fastboot there should be a entry with : android bootloader interface

yeah update was successfully, but it took a bit longer for me, the script stucked a whole while at the "flash cust" step. but after a few minutes it went on

there is only CN and GLOBAL devices. CN device = CN ROM GLOBAL device = GLOBAL ROM then you can relock your bootloader. all other roms on that devices will brick it if you relock the bootloader

I never heard something about that "fastbootd"?!?! I do always hold power button to open the shutdown/reboot screen, slide down to reboot the mi11 and then press volDown when it does start the reboot. But if you can use fastboot to upgrade the weekly... I would wait for a dev to get the answer
