I have the same problem as ximio, can't install the official Global ROM 8.1.2 stable through TWRP. Right now I have a custom ROM (xiaomi.eu) installed, did not try EDL but with official China ROM 8.1.3 stable the EDL was gone, will it be back with custom ROM and TWRP? Looking forward to hearing...
