I have been reading in few sites it's possible to relock bootloader if you use an official ROM not necessarily from same region of your phone. So if your hardware is China you can flash global Xiaomi ROM, relock BL and everything will work. In other sites people says it's not possible and...

Now (with last ROM and Magisk) I get a safety warning in embedded anti-virus. Can I "hide" root in Magisk? I don't know the app name, it's included in the ROM.

It's not an upgrade, it's a fix to use GPay with your NFC. So you install this ROM. Then install Magisk. Then configure Magisk. Then install the patch. Many reboot in all the process. You also have to clean data and cache of Google Play, Wallet, and few services, then install again your cards...

What about Hyper OS original? Maybe it's international, or multilanguage, or with less ads or chineses stuffs, so we could use it original with locked bootloader. I have no info about it and I have a 13 with Chinese HW so it should be available soon for me.

Thanks for the explanation. So another way actually is replace EU ROM with official ROM (Global for example), root the phone and use Magisk to "hide" root and bootloader to Google and bank apps?

Someone says Magisk can solve, but I need the EU ROM without workaround. Someone says even with Magisk Google will detect root or bootloader. I don't know...

If I install Magisk, can I "hack" by myself my phone and get wallet working?

Is it possible to "replace" the bootloader in order to have a bootloader we can lock with EU Rom? I don't want to install chinese ROM, it sucks, I would like to run a stable ROM and lock the BL to don't have problems with GPay or safety lack.

It's so strange I cannot lock bl even with official Xiaomi ROM. Why? What's the technical reason? If I use an official not modified ROM from manufacturer should be allowed to lock bl. It makes sense to don't allow locking bl only with rooted phones or not official ROM.
